Virtual Feeding Therapy That Actually Works

THIS IS THERAPY REIMAGINED AND UPDATED FOR THE MODERN FAMILY

WHAT IS VIRTUAL FEEDING THERAPY?

It’s Not What You Think.

When most parents hear virtual feeding therapy, they picture their child sitting in front of a screen, while a therapist tries to get them to take bites through Zoom. That’s not only frustrating — it rarely works.

That’s not what we do here.

Our virtual feeding therapy model is parent-led, systems-based, and designed for real-world implementation.

Instead of placing pressure on your child to “perform” on camera, we work with you — the parent — to become the confident, regulated guide your child needs at mealtimes.

Through:

  • Twice-monthly virtual coaching sessions

  • Personalized strategies based on your child’s unique profile

  • Targeted tools and guidance you can use immediately at home

…you learn how to support progress where it actually happens — in everyday meals, routines, and interactions.

This Is Not “Therapy Done Online”

This is a fundamentally different approach.

Rather than focusing on surface behaviors or isolated skills, our virtual model looks at the whole feeding system — including sensory processing, oral-motor skills, nervous system regulation, gut health, and parent–child dynamics.

By coaching parents directly and integrating support into daily life, we help families create sustainable change, not short-term compliance.

Why This Works

  • Children make progress in familiar environments — not on a screen

  • Parents gain clarity, confidence, and consistency

  • Strategies are applied in real time, not just talked about

  • Progress builds gradually, without pressure or force

This model empowers families long after sessions end.

Curious How It Compares?

Below, you’ll see how our parent-led, holistic virtual model differs from traditional feeding therapy — and why it’s often a better fit for families who’ve tried “everything” without lasting results.

Side-by-side comparison of traditional feeding therapy and holistic, parent-led virtual feeding therapy. Shows key differences in approach, goals, and parent involvement.

Why Parents LOVE Our Virtual Approach

  • Faster Progress at Home: Parents report quicker improvements because coaching focuses on daily routines and real-life practice — not just therapy sessions.

  • Convenient & Flexible Scheduling: Virtual coaching sessions fit your busy family life with no need for travel or missed work/school.

  • Parent Empowerment: You become the expert in your child’s feeding journey, gaining confidence and skills to manage picky eating long-term.

  • Personalized, Whole-Child Support: We address sensory, oral motor, gut health, and mindset — tailoring strategies for your unique child.

  • Access to On-Demand Tools & Resources: Videos, guides, and meal plans are available anytime to support your family between coaching sessions.

  • Supportive Community & Ongoing Coaching: Regular check-ins and email support keep you motivated and accountable every step of the way.

  • Built for Real Life: Progress happens in your child’s natural environment — at mealtime, snack time, and beyond — not just in a clinical setting.

What Happy Parents Have To Say

I didn’t know this program existed. We used to drive over an hour for feeding therapy that wasn’t even working! We saw progress faster using this approach than with traditional therapy — I think because we were coached to make small changes every day at home and we followed the strategies that were recommended for her specific profile AND importantly, her personality. This program is the farthest thing from cookie cutter you could get!

Sarah, Mom of 3-year-old

The flexibility of virtual sessions allowed us to work on feeding goals without disrupting our busy schedule. Results came sooner than we expected!

Jenna, Mom of 4-year-old

I started noticing shifts almost immediately. The coaching isn’t just about food — it’s actually changing my relationship with my 10-year-old son for the better. What used to be combative and tense feels more connected and calm now.

Emily, Mom of 10-year-old

This approach helped me understand my child’s feeding challenges on a deeper level, and progress was noticeable within weeks.

Lisa, Mom of 6-year-old

This isn’t just feeding therapy; it’s relationship therapy. I feel empowered, and my son feels heard. The combativeness is easing, and we’re finding new ways to connect.

Ayesha, Mom of 11 Year Old

Our Unique Whole-Child, Root Cause Model

We don't just look at what your child is or isn’t eating —we dig deeper. Our therapy integrates:

Oral Motor Development

Oral Motor Development

Can your child physically manage the food that goes into their mouth?

Sensory Processing

Sensory Processing

Is food overwhelming, or are key senses under-responsive?

Gut Health & Nutrition

How do anxiety, control, and past experiences shape your child’s relationship with food?

This comprehensive 4 Pillar lens allows us to create personalized strategies that honor your child’s nervous system, needs, and natural desire to grow.

Who We Help

Our holistic and reimagined virtual feeding therapy is ideal for children who:

  • Eat fewer than 20 foods, or their food list continues to shrink over time
  • Experience meltdowns, anxiety, or gagging when new foods are introduced
  • Have been diagnosed with or show signs of PFD (Pediatric Feeding Disorder) or ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder)
  • Cannot eat at restaurants, birthday parties, or school without parents bringing “safe foods”
  • Will only eat specific brands, colors, textures, or foods prepared a certain way
  • Struggle with textures, temperatures, or chewing/swallowing
  • Have a history of reflux, allergies, tube feeding, or traumatic feeding experiences
  • Don’t respond to typical feeding therapy or behavioral approaches
  • Have sensory sensitivities or neurodivergence (including autism, ADHD, or SPD)
  • Refuse entire food groups like vegetables, proteins, or mixed textures
  • Rely heavily on milk, yogurt, or pouches as their primary nutrition
  • Were once flexible eaters but became more limited due to illness, trauma, or regression
  • Have plateaued in progress and you’re feeling stuck, worried, or exhausted

If any of this sounds familiar, know that you’re not alone—and that there’s a different way forward. Our holistic feeding therapy is built to help children (and parents) move from fear and frustration to connection and confidence.

Know this program is exactly what your family needs? Jump right in and start watching video lessons immediately. No waiting, no pressure — just step-by-step support at your own pace.

Here’s How It Works

Step 1: The Deep Dive Evaluation—A Roadmap to Real Change

We begin with our signature, comprehensive evaluation called The Mealtime Roadmap. This is not a quick screening or something your insurance typically covers. It’s a true deep dive into why your child is struggling—not just what they are eating.

Your Roadmap includes:

  • A full sensory and oral-motor assessment

  • Feeding behavior + anxiety/mindset analysis

  • Review of medical history and mealtime routines

  • Analysis of nutrition and identification of nutrition gaps
  • Gut Health Lab Testing (microbiome health score & analysis)

  • 90-Food Sensitivity Testing (identifies the foods causing inflammation—not the same as allergy testing)

Before we meet, you’ll complete paperwork and send short videos so we can thoroughly prepare.

Then we meet for a 75–90 minute evaluation where we walk through all findings in real time.

Afterward, you receive a clear written summary, plus a personalized, step-by-step plan that outlines exactly how to move your child forward.

Step 2: Implementation

The first phase of therapy is all about safety, regulation, and stability—the same way braces gently set the foundation before the teeth shift.

Even though you won’t see instant eating breakthroughs, this phase is where families feel the biggest emotional relief because mealtimes finally start to calm down.

Here’s what this phase looks like:

  • 8 Implementation SessionsWe meet weekly to build momentum, make real-time adjustments, and ensure your child feels safe and successful. This consistency is especially important for children in the Fearful or Stuck stage.
  • Safe & Sound Protocol Setup We get your child started on the Safe and Sound Protocol, a gentle, music-based nervous system program that reduces food fears, anxiety, overwhelm, and shutdowns.
This alone often creates the first noticeable shift in willingness and calm.
  • Immediate Access to Course Materials You’ll dive into the Unlocking Mealtimes materials right away so you know exactly how to support your child between sessions. We keep this simple and digestible so you can start taking action immediately.
  • Early Wins That Build Confidence You’ll begin noticing small but meaningful changes—calmer meals, less pressure, more connection, and fewer battles at the table. These early wins are intentional. They show your child’s nervous system (and yours) that things can be different.
Step 3: Growth & Transformation

Ongoing Coaching After the Roadmap

Once a solid foundation is in place, this is where families begin expanding food variety and building real confidence at the table.

This phase begins after the 8 Guided Implementation Sessions are completed and continues through ongongoing monthly virtual coaching, as needed.

What This Phase Focuses On

Expanding Food Variety
Using food chaining, sensory exploration, and targeted oral-motor support, we help children accept new foods without pressure. Progress feels doable — not overwhelming — and builds gradually over time.

Using Gut & Sensitivity Results Strategically
Your child’s results continue to guide which foods we introduce, which we pause, and how we support digestion and inflammation so eating feels better in their body.

Ongoing Coaching as Your Child Grows
Sessions may remain weekly or shift to bi-weekly as progress stabilizes. The plan is continually adjusted so you always know what to work on next — without guessing or backtracking.

This is where:

  • Targeted oral-motor exercises are introduced when appropriate

  • Food chaining becomes more nuanced and individualized

  • Parents learn how to talk about food, scaffold new experiences, and support flexibility

  • Skills are layered thoughtfully as confidence grows

Families Often Notice:

  • More foods added over time

  • Less anxiety and resistance at meals

  • Improved chewing and swallowing

  • Increased flexibility and curiosity

  • Calmer mealtimes and happier kids

This is where everything comes together — and where long-term change is supported.

How Ongoing Coaching Works

Ongoing Growth & Transformation coaching is not included in the initial Roadmap package.

After completing the 8 Guided Implementation Sessions, families continue with

Ongoing Virtual Feeding Coaching
$400 per month

  • Sessions continue bi-weekly

  • Support remains flexible and individualized

  • Families may pause or stop at any time once goals are met

There is no long-term commitment — families stay in this phase as long as it continues to support progress.
