The Next Bite Plan

how to get the next bite plan

The Next Bite Plan is a simple, step-by-step digital course designed for parents whose child is close—but not quite moving forward with food.

Your child might:

  • eat a variety of foods—but still stick to the same ones
  • take a bite of something new—but not eat it again
  • say they “like it”… but never ask for it
  • seem capable of more—but something just isn’t clicking

Meals aren’t a complete struggle…
But they’re not easy either.

And you’re left wondering:

👉 “What am I missing?”
👉 “What should I be doing differently?”

Inside this digital course, you’ll learn how to move your child from:

👉 trying foods → actually eating them regularly

You’ll get instant access to short, practical lessons that show you how to:

  • identify what’s quietly getting in the way at meals
  • remove subtle pressure that blocks progress
  • use simple language that encourages—not shuts down—eating
  • create low-pressure food experiences that lead to real bites
  • turn small wins into foods your child will actually eat again

This is not a full feeding program.
It’s not overwhelming or complicated.

👉 It’s the next step for parents who know their child is capable of more.

If you’ve ever thought:

👉 “They’re so close… I just don’t know how to get them there”

This is for you.

👉 Start with Module 1 free and see exactly what’s getting in the way.
